Trust your body

Our body is way smarter than we're giving it credit for. We're taught through diet culture that we need to set rules in regards to what time you eat and how many calories you eat but what if we actually trusted that our bodies have a degree of intelligence beyond our ability to comprehend and if we feed and fuel and nourish our bodies with the fuel that it was designed to intake whole plant foods that it would guid us to health and to freedom.
