They’re an easy and quick way to incorporate adaptogens into your daily routine. They're perfect as a healthy snack, an afternoon pick-me-up, or whenever you need a little nourishment.


Why these ingredients?


Chaga Mushroom Powder

Known as the "King of Mushrooms," chaga is one of nature's richest sources of antioxidants. It helps protect the body from oxidative stress, supports a healthy immune system, helps the body cope with stress, promotes overall wellbeing, and helps maintain healthy inflammation responses.


Ashwagandha Powder

Ashwagandha is a well-known adaptogenic herb that helps the body adapt to physical and emotional stress. It supports a healthy nervous system, promotes a sense of calm, improves resilience, supports energy levels, and contributes to restful sleep.


Carob Powder

Carob provides a naturally sweet, chocolate-like flavour without the caffeine. It's rich in fibre and antioxidants, making it a nourishing alternative to cocoa.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soft Medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon chaga mushroom powder

  • 1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder

  • 1–2 tablespoons carob powder


Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor.

  2. Blend until the mixture forms a sticky dough.

  3. If your dates are dry, add a teaspoon of water at a time until the mixture comes together. If you're using soft Medjool dates, you likely won't need to add any water.

  4. Roll into small bite-sized balls.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.


Enjoy one or two whenever you need a nourishing snack or a simple way to include adaptogens in your day.
