This personalised 60–75 minute initial consultation is designed to look beyond individual symptoms and explore the bigger picture of your health, including your health history, nutrition, lifestyle, daily habits and current health concerns. During our consultation, we’ll discuss your individual goals and identify key areas that may be influencing how you feel. Together, we’ll develop a personalised nutrition and lifestyle approach tailored to your needs. Your online consultation includes: - Comprehensive health and nutrition assessment - Review of your health history, symptoms and lifestyle, including a Functional Medicine Timeline - Discussion of your individual health goals - Personalised Functional Nutrition recommendations - Practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support your wellbeing - Guidance on appropriate functional testing where relevant Please note: InBody and OligoScan testing are available separately for in-person appointments.
